Our policy lasts 30 days from the day products were received. After 30 days, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Returns due to change of mind will not be accepted. If an item is faulty or does not meet the product description, they could be eligible for full/ partial refund depending on the item condition and other circumstances.
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
For products that cannot longer be returned but were faulty, damaged, or with missing parts and were within 60 days of purchase, partial refund might be offered depending on specific circumstances.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, which may take certain amount of days depending on your financial institution.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund, check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Get in touch with your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is processed, specifically with Paypal transactions.
